Refund policy
*Please note our online return policy differs from our in-store return policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return. Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date your package was received. In-store pickups must be returned within 14 days of the order date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Final Sale items including sale items, gift cards, intimates, bodysuits, and accessories (all items under the accessories tab), are NOT eligible for return
- If the clothing item has a ribbon attached DO NOT remove it. Removal of the ribbon will result in forfeiture of refund for that item.
To start a return:
- Click here: START A RETURN
- Enter your order # and zip code.
- Select the items you want to return and click the submit request button.
- Print the label and bring your return to the nearest USPS location.
- If you have any questions feel free to contact us at support@myshusha.com. Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are returned to Shusha.
Once we received your returned package:
All items will be inspected before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items didn’t meet the return criteria above. You will be notified via email if your items are not suitable for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@myshusha.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to let us know your order number as well as the item at fault when contacting us.
Final Sale / Non-returnable Items:
For hygienic purposes, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Accessories
- Items marked Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
