Shipping policy
DISCLAIMER
All items are shipped from our physical store inventory. Some items may sell out before we have a chance to update inventory on the website. All items will be examined thoroughly for signs of damage before shipping. Any damaged merchandise will NOT be shipped and you will receive a refund for those items. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We are currently only shipping within the United States.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are shipped via USPS which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Orders shipped via USPS generally take 1-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Orders that are placed on business days before 3 p.m are usually shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m will be shipped out the next business day. We do not ship on the weekend. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the next week.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders totaling over $150 (excluding taxes) will receive free ground shipping which will be automatically applied at checkout.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We cannot make any changes to an order already placed. If you notify us prior to your order being shipped, your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Orders with higher value will be shipped with a signature required to prevent lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.
Transit time may be extended due to insufficient/invalid shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.
Order shipping costs are not refundable.
